All EU orders are shipped directly from our central warehouse in Frankfurt, Germany. Taxes and customs duties are already included in all EU prices.
For US, UK, and international shipments, all duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) so there are no unexpected fees upon delivery.
Submit your return request through our contact portal or email support@derschutze.com within 14 days of delivery.
Ensure items are unworn, in original condition with all embroidered swing tags and protective packaging attached.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items at our facility, refunds are processed back to original payment method within 3 business days.
